Sublimation Methods - If you choose a heat press machine, we recommend a time of 50 seconds and a temperature of 385°F, flip 18-0 degrees and press for another 50 seconds. If you choose an oven, we recommend a time of 5 minutes and a temperature of 325°F. Please note that this method requires sublimation shrink wrap.
